Industry Clusters Overview

Regional Skills Alliances support a variety of industry clusters. The Regional Skills Alliances represent a group of employers across an industry that come together to idenify and address priority common industry challenges important to the economy of the region. Regional Skills Alliances research and implement actions to address:

Worker shortages Out-migration of youth Lack of defined pipeline of emerging workers Aging workforce Skill shortages or gaps Training mismatches Worker retention and career progression Regulatory issues, including safety and public policy
