As a strategic leader throughout the region, the Job Force board responds proactively to assist our community partners in building the economic viability of our region. We choose the outcome before knowing the road, understand and respond to system implications, are inquisitive and reflective and make sure the job gets done.

As empowered teams and individuals we act in alignment with our mission, vision and values. We see the big picture, act in the absence of full definition and are able to shift direction with flexibility. We are purposeful, accountable, self directed, respectful of others and see challenges as opportunities.

Clear, Accurate and Timely Communication:

Our success is built upon clear, accurate and timely communications. We communicate at all key levels in an objective manner, closing the loop regardless of the length of time and frequency, ensuring that complete data is shared as created. We communicate with a sense of urgency and just time philosophy knowing the target and to communicate accordingly.

Universal Access through Meaningful Partnerships:

Access to our services and resources are accomplished through value added partnerships. As a result we create synergy that enhances our customer driven system.
